When I went to install the update, I was told my license as renewed in December was not valid for the 2024 release, then I remembered: You have to remove old licenses to gain access to new updates. It's a simple task, just go into Admin License Remove WebLicense - ScreenConnect. You must be logged in to Cloud Control to proceed.
