Both assured me that their kit would be the best riding suspension you can buy for the street. My only goal was ride quality for street driving on poor quality roads. WebThis prompted the 8" disc upgrade to improve front brake power and feel. The 117 Mavic rims need truing every 5 or 6 rides. The suspension creeks like an old door. The bottom bracket flexes when pushing hard in the top gears, and the derailleurs require constant fiddling to maintain crisp shifting.
