WebMar 6, 2024 · I resolved the issue by opening up a pinhole. LiftMaster/Chamberlain suggested opening up these ports; TCP/UDP port 53 open (DNS) * Inbound and outbound UDP/TCP port 8883 open. Their suggestion didn't work. I had to go to DMZplus mode for the device-not a wonderful solution-but it resolved the connection problem. Thanks.
