WebJun 28, 2011 · The double sump pan will leave you with the same problem with the front plug pouring on the crossmember. I did a 351w swap in my truck and had the same problem. I ended up taking a 302 pan (from stock motor) and cutting the sump off, I removed the factory sump from the 351 pan and welded the other sump on.
