Extra brackets, cables, and covers were included in a nice Cyberpower baggie as well as owner manuals for mobo and GPU. Unboxed, plugged in and everything worked perfectly.
WebI bought a prebuilt from them a week ago with a 3070ti for $1,750 (before tax). Everything so far is working great, the only issue with it is that the cooling setup it has is pretty bad, my GPU was at 82c-92c when playing intense games. I added 3 exhaust fans at the top and now it hardly reaches 75c. WebCovid hit different companies different ways, not every company is handling it well. Their support went form slightly below average to really poor. They are probably overwhelmed and suffering from supply chain nightmares, so your mileage may vary. The computers have been great builds once I have got through to support.
